Over the years, ARC Community Services has operated a successful recreational program designed especially for individuals over the age of 50. Special activities have been planned and organized by a dedicated group of family volunteers — dinners, barbeques, games, etc. — geared just to the needs of people over 50 years old. While no programs have been held over the past couple of years, we would very much like to revive the program if there is sufficient interest.

If you are over 50 and would be interested in being contacted for future events, please fill out and mail this form as soon as possible. We hope to plan a holiday event so would like responses by November 10, 2004. If you have any suggestions for future events that would interest you, please note them on the bottom or back of the form.
