Job Placement Training
Our Employment Resources staff can assist you in finding the right job match. We will provide you on the job training and assist you to develop the skills necessary to continue the job independently.

Work Adjustment Training
An evaluation that concentrates on the development of skills required to retain a job. Topics such as attendance, social behavior, dressing for success and many other topics will be addressed through group instruction at our Employment Resources Center or individually while on the job.

School to Work
School to Work-Opening Doors: A Career Exploration Adventure
Working in collaboration with the area schools to provide opportunities for students with disabilities, ages 16–22 with career exploration activities, including: vocational assessment, situational assessment and job skill training.

Vocational Evaluations/Assessment
An evaluation is a comprehensive written report of the participant's overall work performance as well as recommendations for future employment obtained through observation, personal interviews and the participant.

The McCarron Dial Assessment
The McCarron Dial Assessment is a vocational assessment designed to assess a variety of skills and aptitudes such as job interests, manual dexterity, visual motor integration, memory and social integration skills.

Evaluation sites for specific vocational interests are available or we will design one specifically for you and for your employment interests.
