The center is a place where you can go to sit and browse through resource material, or borrow materials to take home. The center has a variety of books, videos, referral numbers to physicians, advocates, lawyers, etc. The Center is also equipped with a computer that is on line, so you may do research while you are there. A calendar of events is posted on a bulletin board to keep you updated on all the latest happenings in the area.
Parents are an important part of the Resource Center. Parents are welcome to come to the center to meet other parents and share ideas and concerns. The Resource Center office is generally available Monday through Friday 9:00 am till 4:00 pm.
