Vocational and Day Supports Staff

Occupational Skills Instructors are responsible for the training of workers on job tasks related to the various subcontract jobs assigned to a work area in a facility-based setting. Employment Specialists are responsible for the training of workers on job tasks at the M.I.R. facility, in enclave settings and/or individual job placements in Industry. Staff concentrate on all aspects of work behavior of each individual supported as well as attending to Production needs from work assignment to task completion through quality control.
Requires High School Diploma or equivalent, valid MA drivers license, acceptable CORI check and references. Previous relevant experience is a plus.
Pay ranges from $8 to $12 per hour with comprehensive benefits, pro-rated for part-timers over 20 hours per week.

Program Assistants are responsible for implementation of social/recreational, volunteer, and/or part-time vocational activities, utilizing input from the individuals being supported at a given program. Our Day Programs provide varied and diverse opportunities for full and part-time involvement in promoting optimum community inclusion based on individual and small group interests.
Requires High School Diploma or equivalent, valid MA drivers license, acceptable CORI check and references. Previous relevant experience is a plus.
Pay ranges from $8 to $12 per hour with comprehensive benefits, pro-rated for part-timers over 20 hours per week.

Site Coordinators supervise the above staff, act as the primary contact person for their respective program, and participate in Agency-wide planning as well as provide direct supports to individual program participants.
Requires relevant experience/education, High School Diploma or equivalent, valid MA drivers license, acceptable CORI check and references.
Pay ranges from $9 to $12 per hour with comprehensive benefits.

Orientation, Training, Supervision, and Team and Staff meetings are provided for all Program Staff.

We provide Vocational and other day supports as well as Family supports, Advocacy and Recreational Services throughout the North Central Massachusetts area.
